Newly Married Couple Found Old Photos Of Themselves Playing On The Beach As Kids – Amazing Story!

A newly wedded couple was looking at old photos when they realized there was one photo that was extraordinary. They were shocked to find they once met at the beach and started playing together not knowing they will meet again.

25-year-old, Aimee Maiden and 26-year-old Nick Wheeler could not recall if they met before, until they came across a photo taken back in 1994. That was 11 years before they met again and started dating. Both of them grew up in two different places. Miss Maiden grew up in Cornwall, in the seaside village of Mousehole, as Mr Wheeler grew up in Kent. He met his future partner while on a family trip at Mousehole.

While at the beach, the families of the pair were a few yards from each other. They all were strangers to each other, and never talked. But the two little friends continued building sandcastles, not knowing that they would one day be a husband and wife. One year later Mr Wheeler relocated to Cornwall. Then they later met in college in Truro, as they were in the same sixth form. Last year when they got engaged, they decided to go through old photos while at Mr Wheeler’s grandpa's house. After checking a few photos, they came across a photo of Mr Wheeler making a boat in the sand alongside his cousin and sister. All of a sudden Miss Maiden recognized herself at the photo’s background.

Miss Maden said that the fact that she was brought up in Mousehole and Nick in Cornwall makes the whole story more significant. After their college, Miss Maiden trained as a teacher while Mr Wheeler joined the army. They moved in together 3 years the got engaged last year. During this time, they decided to show off the photos to their families and friends. The couple’s wedding ceremony was on Saturday, in Mousehole at Gulval Church; barely 20years after the photograph was taken and a few minutes walk from where the wedding was.

Soon after the wedding, they travelled to Florida. They have also planned to frame the treasured photo as soon as they are through with the honeymoon. Miss Maiden said that sometimes Nick is away for months on tours of duty in mostly Jordan and Kenya. She said Nick will be off to Canada as soon as they are back from their honeymoon.
