Lost Dog Reunites With His Family 7 Years Later

A small white Maltese found it self in a 2,000 miles tug-of-love between two families; one that lost him, that leaves in Texas and the other one that found it, that leaves in Washington State. The Washington family found Maltese and kept him as a pet.
The dog has two names, Harley as he’s known at Washington and Reese as he’s known at Texas. It seems like he likes running away. Earlier this week, the unthinkable happened; Reese was found roaming in the busy streets of Tacoma, Washington. No one has the idea of how he traveled to the other side. The rescuers were happy to find a microchip that pointed him back to the Miller’s in Tyler, Texas.
Dinah Miller said that they drove and searched everywhere and even looked over the fences in vain. She said that they peeped everywhere they could, but they couldn’t find him.
Millers’ family lost the pup back in 2007 while visiting relatives near Dallas. They continued looking for him since then, and strongly believed that they would find him one day. Miller said that every time they had a dog bark, they would think it was their friend Reese.
She said it was unbelievable to see Reese in great shape. Thanks to the team that rescued Reese, said Dinah Miller.
